The Size Market explores an alternative way of buying food. Products are priced and packaged in three portion sizes — small, medium and large — corresponding to different household sizes. The concept addresses food waste and the relationship between buying habits and consumption.
The pavilion translates this idea into a spatial system. A timber structure, recycled car safety belts and colour-coded shelving establish a clear relationship between the retail concept, its material palette and the experience of moving through the space.
