Interiors

Zen Sushi

For the restaurant’s tenth year, the owners of Zen Sushi wanted to renew its appearance while retaining the way it operated. The interior concept takes inspiration from forest walkways bordered by a succession of portals.

Matt black and glossy red-orange timber elements establish a strong sequence through the reception, dining space and kaiten bar. Working with Berarducci Architecture, Inessa Garder contributed to the interior concept, spatial organisation and renderings.
